Transitions

Transitions can be difficult. It is during this time that we venture into the unknown and are forced to leave our comfort zones. Everyone wants the benefits of the "new", but very few actually want to do what it takes to get there. We as people tend to have a spirit of expectancy and entitlement wanting to experience life's blessings when we want them and how we want them. We equate God's abilities with his obligations. We give our friends, social media sites and tv shows more than we give God. Be not mistaken, God wants our time and hearts but he doesn't need it. We do. There is something about his blessed assurance that can sustain us. So, I have a mini-challenge for you all. As you move into the unknown, make sure you are seeking after a true, genuine relationship with God in your prayer life, and not merely seeking his hand. Seeking his hand means you are more concerned with receiving this job, that person, that object than with actually living, learning, and growing into the person you are destined to be. Once you do that all of the other things will fall into place. In due time, of course.

Keep Climbing,

Marriah
