You are MORE than Enough

If you are reading this, I am here to encourage you and remind you that you are enough! You are not inadequate, so do not allow people or situations to make you feel so. Perhaps you are enduring a rough patch where you have been hearing the word no more than yes. Or maybe you have encountered a person who used their words to belittle you. You may even be feeling lost or misunderstood. No matter what you are facing, please remember that these situations are not an indication of your value! Do not let these situations impede you!

I am not exempt. I have had people tell me that my dreams were too big and insinuate that I was not smart enough. Other people have offered rash critiques in an attempt to make me feel that I was not good enough. I have even had someone tell me that I was not womanly enough. I say all this to remind you that you are not alone!

Want to know how to move forward? Stop looking at yourself through the blurred vision of others, and instead see yourself through the loving eyes of God. He see’s you as worthy enough to receive his grace, favor, and love. If God be for you, then who can be against you? [Romans 8:31]. You are MORE than a conqueror, through him that loves you! [Romans 8:37]. So, in actuality my earlier statement was wrong. You are not just enough, you are more than enough. With this in mind, you can do all things through Christ who gives you strength according to his will.

Who is a conquerer? You are! A conqueror is a victor, someone who is able to overcome that which seems insurmountable! Next time you are facing a tough situation or undesirable person, I want you to take a step away, take a deep breath and with class, grace and dignity say “I am more than enough because I am more than a conqueror!”
